I'm a lineage practitioner. I help women figure out why they can't ask for what they need, even when they're the most capable person in the room.
Turns out most of it was never theirs. It came down the line. And when they put it down, their daughters (and sons) don't pick it up.
I bring that conversation to podcasts, summits and stages: the science behind the spiritual, the patterns we inherit, and the small everyday moments where the cycle actually breaks.
