Welcome to AVM Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any of our coaching sessions, courses, or services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All payments for coaching sessions, programs, or services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Failure to attend a scheduled sessionChange of mindPerceived lack of resultsAny other personal or business circumstances
If you are unable to attend a session, you may reschedule with at least 24-hour notice, subject to availability.
The coaching services provided by AVM Coaching LLC are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

We do not provide therapy, medical diagnosis, treatment, or any form of mental health counseling.
Coaching is intended to support your personal and professional development but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching are your sole responsibility.
We do not guarantee any specific results from our coaching sessions. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVM Coaching LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any losses or damages resulting from reliance on our coaching, advice, or resources.
Any business, financial, or personal outcomes related to our services.
All discussions during coaching sessions are confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
All materials, frameworks, and content shared during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of AVM Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without our prior written consent.
By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:
Participate with an open mind and respect the coaching process.
Avoid inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior during sessions.
Follow any mutually agreed-upon guidelines for participation.
Failure to comply may result in termination of services without a refund.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action is considered.
