You're the most capable woman in every room.

And no one knows you're drowning.

You can run a team, a household and a crisis without missing a beat. And at 3am you're lying awake, holding all of it, wondering why it feels so heavy. Here's what no one told you. Not all of that weight is yours. Some of it came down the line. And you can put it down.

Sound familiar?

You make yourself smaller a hundred times a day. Most days you don't even notice.

6:05 AM

"Why am I always so exhausted?"

Your period started overnight. You'll push through like it's any other day. That's what you do.

9:30 AM

"I'm so sorry, I just have a quick question."

It's your project. Your question to ask. You apologized anyway.

11:14 AM

"Oh, it was a team effort."

It was your idea. And you put in the late nights. But saying that out loud would feel like bragging.

1:47 PM

"Good for her."

A friend shared big news. Something in your chest tightens as you think "why her and not me," and you hate that you felt that way.

3:02 PM

"Oh, I just dabble. Anyone could do this."

You've been doing it for years. And you're really good. Almost no one has seen it because you don't share it.

5:53 PM

"Never mind. I'll just do it myself."

You asked once. Doing it yourself felt easier than asking twice. But it took an extra 30 minutes out of your evening.

3:00 AM

"I don't know how I'm going to keep doing all of this."

Wide awake while everyone else sleeps, holding every worry, bracing to see which ball drops first.

You're not failing, and nothing is wrong with you. Something got handed down.

You learned to be the capable one before you learned to ask. Your mother learned it too. So did hers. It's so old it feels like your personality. It isn't. It's an inheritance, and inheritances can be put down.

The Witch Wound

They called us witches.
And they burned us for it.

For centuries, women learned the safest thing to be was small. Quiet. Useful. Agreeable. Our grandmothers learned it. Our mothers learned it. We learned it before we could talk.

A woman who shone was dangerous. A woman who knew her body's rhythms was suspect. A woman who gathered with other women was a threat.

So we learned to hide. And we still do. It lives in the apology and the holding back. In shrugging off your own wins. In the flinch when another woman succeeds, and the sharp comment you wish you hadn't made. In how you talk about your body, how you hide your period, how you punish yourself for being tired on a day your body asked for rest.

That's the patriarchy's oldest trick. Turn women against each other, and against ourselves.

You were never too much.

Lineage work is how you put it down. Through your body, where it's been living all along. So your daughters (and sons) never have to pick it up.

Meet Annie - Lineage Practitioner

You can exhale here.

People tell me the first thing they feel around me is calm. Their shoulders drop. Their breath slows. Something they've been gripping for years finally loosens.

I know that grip. I used to yell at my kids. Not once in a while. All the time. Until the day I saw fear in their eyes and knew it had to change.

I've stood at the mirror pulling at the loose skin on my stomach, picking myself apart, and then looked up to see one of my girls watching.
Learning.

I didn't have it all figured out. I was still doing my own work. But I saw the patterns in myself clearly enough to stop handing them down.

It stops with me.

Now I help women name what came down their line and put it down. No judgment. No failing. I'll celebrate every pattern you let go of, and when the people in your life aren't ready for the woman who speaks up and stops falling in line, I'll be right beside you for that part too.

400+ hours of training in Kundalini yoga, breathwork and body-based practice through The Trifecta Alchemy certification.

What Women Say

"Powerful in the gentlest way imaginable."

"Since doing the practice I have felt lighter, more free and more in flow. I go back to the practice she taught me often when I need to slow down."
